What delivery costs, how long it takes, and what happens if something is not right.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is free on orders over Rs 3,000. Below that it is a flat Rs 200 anywhere in Pakistan, however many items you order.
How long will my order take?
We dispatch within 1–2 working days. Delivery then takes 2–5 working days depending on your city. You will hear from us when the parcel leaves.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
Yes, nationwide. Cash on delivery is our default payment method — you pay the courier at your door, and nothing is charged before that.
What is the return policy?
You have 7 days from delivery to return anything that is not right, provided it is unworn with tags intact. Message us with your order number and we will arrange collection.
Who pays for return delivery?
We do, if the item was mis-described or faulty. If it simply did not suit you, return delivery is at your cost.
When will I get my refund?
Within 3 working days of the item reaching us and passing inspection. Refunds go back the way you paid, or by bank transfer for cash-on-delivery orders.
